Our support team will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of the outcome via email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7โ10 business days after approval.
We will notify you once the refund has been initiated.
In the rare event that Chemistry Affinity cancels a course after your enrollment and payment, you will be entitled to a full refund, which will be processed automatically within 7โ10 business days.
